Egg roll in a Bowl

It's a stir fry of the inside of egg rolls stuff. Can be served with rice if desired.


Ingredients
  • 2 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 head of cabbage diced small
  • 1-2 shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 TBSP hoison sauce
  • 1/4 cup Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce
  • add peanuts if desired
Instructions
  1. Cook and stir sausage on the blackstone heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes.
  2. cook cabbage vegetables on Blackstone
  3. meanwhile mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Mix the meat and veggies together and add the sauce mixture.
  5. Cook until coleslaw softens, about 8 minutes.
  6. Top with Bachans sauce and mix one more time. Remove from Blackstone.
  7. Clean the Blackstone
  8. and serve.
