Egg roll in a Bowl
It's a stir fry of the inside of egg rolls stuff. Can be served with rice if desired.
Ingredients
- 2 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 head of cabbage diced small
- 1-2 shredded carrots
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP hoison sauce
- 1/4 cup Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce
- add peanuts if desired
Instructions
- Cook and stir sausage on the blackstone heat until browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes.
- cook cabbage vegetables on Blackstone
- meanwhile mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Mix the meat and veggies together and add the sauce mixture.
- Cook until coleslaw softens, about 8 minutes.
- Top with Bachans sauce and mix one more time. Remove from Blackstone.
- Clean the Blackstone
- and serve.
