Fettuccine Chicken and Broccoli

Modified from Trader Joes cook book, p. 80


Ingredients
  • chicken breasts, 2 lbs
  • broccoli florets frozen or fresh, 4 cups
  • fettuccine noodles
  • alfredo sauce
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Cook fettuccine according to the package.
  2. While the water is boiling, cook diced chicken breast in oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Steam broccoli according to the package.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and combine chicken, broccoli, and alfredo sauce.
