Fettuccine Chicken and Broccoli
Modified from Trader Joes cook book, p. 80
Ingredients
- chicken breasts, 2 lbs
- broccoli florets frozen or fresh, 4 cups
- fettuccine noodles
- alfredo sauce
- olive oil
- paprika
- garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to the package.
- While the water is boiling, cook diced chicken breast in oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Steam broccoli according to the package.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and combine chicken, broccoli, and alfredo sauce.
